Rüstem Akatay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tarkan Tekindağ stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zühtü Tamer's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Zühtü Tamer struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Tarkan Tekindağ didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DEMİREL.FC. 13 minutes into the match, Lapseki SK's goal looked a bit too open when Zühtü Tamer came free, but Tarkan Tekindağ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rüstem Akatay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sungurbey Şahvar in the 15th minute of play. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lapseki SK! The goalkeeper, Tarkan Tekindağ, was totally fooled by DEMİREL.FC's Zühtü Tamer, who 18 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Rüstem Akatay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sungurbey Şahvar in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Özcan Yağın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zühtü Tamer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Zühtü Tamer managed to get in a good position for a shot. DEMİREL.FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zühtü Tamer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tarkan Tekindağ breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Lapseki SK defense, Zühtü Tamer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tarkan Tekindağ. The Lapseki SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tarkan Tekindağ should have stopped the shot. A collision led to DEMİREL.FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Zühtü Tamer hit a great ball. When Lapseki SK's Sebati Lema in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DEMİREL.FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iker Quintan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lapseki SK's goalkeeper Tarkan Tekindağ, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tarkan Tekindağ came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by DEMİREL.FC's Zühtü Tamer. But to his dismay, Zühtü Tamer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 61st minute, Iker Quintan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Ali Haydar Darga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zühtü Tamer in the 79th minute of play forced Lapseki SK's goalkeeper Tarkan Tekindağ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zühtü Tamer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tarkan Tekindağ read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Tarkan Tekindağ didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zühtü Tamer went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Ali Haydar Darga struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Rüstem Akatay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lapseki SK. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zühtü Tamer in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tarkan Tekindağ prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zikri Tuncer made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Özcan Yağın immediately put the ball in play. Many of Lapseki SK's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Lapseki SK may have spent more time on the ball, but DEMİREL.FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
