In the 10th minute of the match, Billy Sharp got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hacı Bahçıvan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rebels Seth's Hacı Bahçıvan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hakan Gök in the 11th minute of play. Hacı Bahçıvan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes into the match, Ali Faruk Özsungur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hacı Bahçıvan. Rebels Seth's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Faruk Özsungur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Konyaspor FC fully deserved thier win.
