After 3 played minutes Cinar FK got a freekick which was hit by Mazhar Atikoğlu. In the 14th minute, Raimundo Vasconcelos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Istinye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Cinar FK booed when Istinye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st match minute, Istinye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Acun Sair to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Bilal Umurbey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sümer Şahabeddin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Hakkı Koçarslanoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sümer Şahabeddin. After 28 played minutes, Cinar FK's Afşin Talayer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sümer Şahabeddin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cinar FK reached it. After 36 played minutes Cinar FK got a freekick which was hit by Hakkı Koçarslanoğlu. Raimundo Vasconcelos might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caner Temel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raimundo Vasconcelos ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Cinar FK's Caner Temel got control of the ball when Talha Dürüst tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hakkı Koçarslanoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sümer Şahabeddin having to interfere. If Bilal Umurbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hakkı Koçarslanoğlu was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Vasconcelos in the 58th minute of play forced Cinar FK's goalkeeper Caner Temel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Cinar FK's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Vasconcelos came free, but Caner Temel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caner Temel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Talha Dürüst's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. After 63 minutes, Mazhar Atikoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cinar FK and the Istinye players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cinar FK's Mazhar Atikoğlu got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Caner Temel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Talha Dürüst went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Cinar FK's Caner Temel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Talha Dürüst in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Raimundo Vasconcelos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Talha Dürüst notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Cinar FK's Caner Temel. Caner Temel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th minute, Basri Erbelgin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes Cinar FK got a freekick which was hit by Mazhar Atikoğlu. Talha Dürüst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caner Temel having to interfere. Acun Sair hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Istinye had won after a very even match.
