In the 7th minute, Emirşah Oğuzbay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Namık Ula managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kahramanmaras SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Namık Ula was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gürcan Usalan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the game, one of Kahramanmaras SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Edip Başesgi placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Aykan Çelebi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arın Günay in the 14th minute. Emirşah Oğuzbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Ergincan Asalet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürcan Usalan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute of the match Özden Adıgün sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gürcan Usalan skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Gölpazari JK's Latif Şengil got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Namık Ula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Ergincan Asalet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kahramanmaras SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ergincan Asalet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kahramanmaras SK's Ergincan Asalet got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edip Başesgi was the one to do the kick off. Namık Ula could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Gürcan Usalan made a huge save. Namık Ula's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Gürcan Usalan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gürcan Usalan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emirşah Oğuzbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Tekin Salur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Namık Ula who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Gürcan Usalan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 63 minutes into the game, Tekin Salur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gölpazari JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kahramanmaras SK the free kick. After 63 played minutes Gölpazari JK got a freekick which was hit by Tekin Salur. Gürcan Usalan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Namık Ula in the 65th minute. Gürcan Usalan made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Namık Ula sent off a good shot on target. Gürcan Usalan made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Ergincan Asalet sent off a good shot on target. Gölpazari JK's Gürcan Usalan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Gölpazari JK from getting a goal against them. After having played for 81 minutes, Emirşah Oğuzbay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kahramanmaras SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emirşah Oğuzbay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gürcan Usalan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Özden Adıgün. With a little luck, Gölpazari JK's Gürcan Usalan got control of the ball when Ergincan Asalet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gürcan Usalan made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Ergincan Asalet sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Namık Ula could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Gürcan Usalan however easily saved by the left post. Kahramanmaras SK's Aykan Çelebi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edip Başesgi in the 90th minute of play. Gürcan Usalan came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kahramanmaras SK's Namık Ula. But to his dismay, Namık Ula quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When the final whistle sounded Kahramanmaras SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gölpazari JK.
