With an all-out effort, Pasabahce FK's Murathan Şemsifer threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Camilo Oskarbi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A well placed Camilo Oskarbi short distance shot in the 7th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Ejder İlkcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Romeo Furman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kurniawan Wahono's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Murathan Şemsifer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kurniawan Wahono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Murathan Şemsifer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Oskarbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Kurniawan Wahono notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Birtanem FC's Murathan Şemsifer. Murathan Şemsifer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Birtanem FC's zone, Camilo Oskarbi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murathan Şemsifer came out of the goal and Camilo Oskarbi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Pasabahce FK booed when Birtanem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orçun Azer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murathan Şemsifer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Oskarbi's shot from short distance in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Selçuk Akkoç was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th minute, Orçun Azer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes Birtanem FC got a freekick which was hit by Kenan Karaman. When Pasabahce FK's Camilo Oskarbi in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Birtanem FC's goalie prevented a goal. Kurniawan Wahono might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Murathan Şemsifer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kurniawan Wahono ran back to his position shaking his head. Birtanem FC's Murathan Şemsifer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Oskarbi in the 74th minute of play. Murathan Şemsifer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kurniawan Wahono went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Birtanem FC's Murathan Şemsifer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Oskarbi in the 81st minute of play. After some careless play in the Birtanem FC defense, Kurniawan Wahono kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Murathan Şemsifer. The Birtanem FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Murathan Şemsifer should have stopped the shot. Kenan Karaman kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Kurniawan Wahono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Pasabahce FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
