Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Yaşar Nuri Demirtuğ took the kick off in the first half of the match. Haydar Rezzak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şakir Akbey in the 2nd minute of play. Galatasaray's attack was well implemented in the 6th minute, but when Şakir Akbey was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The Galatasaray fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Galatasaray's Şakir Akbey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fındıkdibi FK's Haydar Rezzak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferid Songur in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Ferid Songur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Haydar Rezzak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the match, Ahmet Göktuğ Eker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haydar Rezzak. Fındıkdibi FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Göktuğ Eker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Ferid Songur might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haydar Rezzak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferid Songur ran back to his position shaking his head. Haydar Rezzak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Hafiz Birsel in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferid Songur in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haydar Rezzak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Galatasaray booed when Fındıkdibi FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baskın Toraman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Fındıkdibi FK defense, Ferid Songur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haydar Rezzak. The Fındıkdibi FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haydar Rezzak should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-10.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferid Songur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Mehmet Çağrı Ezgü put it in 0-11 from a short distance just to the right of Haydar Rezzak. After 60 minutes of play, Galatasaray's Ferid Songur made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haydar Rezzak was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute, Galatasaray's Ahmet Göktuğ Eker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-13. In the 69th minute, Ahmet Göktuğ Eker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haydar Rezzak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-14. In the 77th minute, Mehmet Çağrı Ezgü ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haydar Rezzak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-15. Ferid Songur came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Haydar Rezzak could save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Irrintzi during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fındıkdibi FK getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Sebastian Irrintzi hit a great ball. Ferid Songur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ahmet Göktuğ Eker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 94 minutes of play, Galatasaray's Ahmet Göktuğ Eker made it 0-17 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haydar Rezzak was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 98th match minute, Fındıkdibi FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erkan Energin to maneuver through the defense. Galatasaray's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
