In the 2nd minute, Mauro Boselli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, Galatasaray SK's goal looked a bit too open when Aktaç Ceri came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ceyhun Ezelhan fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galatasaray SK's protests and gave Ceyhun Ezelhan a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Galatasaray SK got a freekick which was hit by Ceyhun Ezelhan. Diego Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aktaç Ceri, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, AHLAT FK's Macit Yerhum got a free kick in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Galatasaray SK's goal looked a bit too open when Aktaç Ceri came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Galatasaray SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aktaç Ceri was slow to take the kick. During this time AHLAT FK's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, AHLAT FK's Ignacy Siembab got control of the ball when Ozan Baş tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diego Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Boselli in the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Aktaç Ceri made a precise shot to the right of Diego Kahn. Galatasaray SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ignacy Siembab made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ozan Baş in the 25th minute. After 28th play minutes Aktaç Ceri shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Diego Kahn and just under the crossbar into goal. 32 minutes into the match, Aktaç Ceri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Diego Kahn. Galatasaray SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aktaç Ceri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 35 minutes into the match, Galatasaray SK's goal looked a bit too open when Baturalp Balkar came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İsmail Hakkı Seçkiner scored 0-4 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Baturalp Balkar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aktaç Ceri in the 43rd minute of play forced Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Diego Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Italia in the 46th minute of play forced AHLAT FK's goalkeeper Ignacy Siembab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The supporters of AHLAT FK booed when Galatasaray SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erhan Dozie didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Galatasaray SK's Diego Kahn got control of the ball when Mauro Boselli tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute, Baturalp Balkar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After 59 played minutes Galatasaray SK got a freekick which was hit by Olcay Orkun Talut. In the 59th minute of the match Aktaç Ceri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diego Kahn skillfully saved the ball. Diego Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İsmail Hakkı Seçkiner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, AHLAT FK's Aktaç Ceri ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Diego Kahn. Diego Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. After 69 minutes AHLAT FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ozan Baş who took care of the corner kick. Diego Kahn was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Arif Ensar Lokman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arif Ensar Lokman really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Mauro Boselli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Aktaç Ceri notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Galatasaray SK's Diego Kahn. Diego Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray SK's Olcay Orkun Talut got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aktaç Ceri in the 83rd minute of play forced Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Diego Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aktaç Ceri went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. AHLAT FK played a much better game than Galatasaray SK and deserved their victory. The Galatasaray SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
