But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüsmen Eygül couldn't finish the play. Şahin Hürsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Veysel Şahbey in the 17th minute of play. Şahin Hürsoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüsmen Eygül, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ßℓỉzzสяđ's zone, Gökhun Evcimen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şahin Hürsoy came out of the goal and Gökhun Evcimen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ßℓỉzzสяđ's Şahin Hürsoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökhun Evcimen in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ßℓỉzzสяđ's zone, Veysel Şahbey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şahin Hürsoy came out of the goal and Veysel Şahbey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Doğuhan Özerek came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Maltepegenç fans jumped to their feet. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Hüsmen Eygül managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maltepegenç's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüsmen Eygül was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şahin Hürsoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 30 minutes, Gökhun Evcimen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maltepegenç's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gökhun Evcimen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Maltepegenç booed when ßℓỉzzสяđ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vefa Bürge didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gökhun Evcimen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, ßℓỉzzสяđ's Vefa Bürge got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Hüsmen Eygül had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şahin Hürsoy. ßℓỉzzสяđ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hüsmen Eygül was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bedri Salcan during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Şahin Hürsoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Utku Mümtaz in the 40th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Gökhun Evcimen made the kick off in the second half. Gökhun Evcimen in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Şahin Hürsoy, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gökhun Evcimen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şahin Hürsoy having to interfere. Gökhun Evcimen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Şahin Hürsoy made a huge save. Gökhun Evcimen got in the 65th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Şahin Hürsoy handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Şahin Hürsoy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 90 minutes into the game, Dündar Usbay threw the ball into play from the sideline. Maltepegenç's Veysel Şahbey quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Şahin Hürsoy came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Maltepegenç's Gökhun Evcimen. But to his dismay, Gökhun Evcimen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Doğuhan Özerek struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Şahin Hürsoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maltepegenç.
