Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ercan Cansoy got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dündar Umay in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özalp Cansefa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dündar Umay who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Özalp Cansefa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 10th minute, one of Cubuk SK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cubuk SK. The referee gave GENC KARTAL a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Münir Adışanlı, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cubuk SK's Çetin Kutluay. 0-1. When Seyhun Uçar fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GENC KARTAL's protests and gave Seyhun Uçar a yellow card for diving instead. Seyhun Uçar hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Özalp Cansefa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yücel Hisarcık in the 21st minute of play. Özalp Cansefa was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Yücel Hisarcık capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yücel Hisarcık really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Çetin Kutluay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aybar Onursoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Çetin Kutluay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aybar Onursoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Dündar Umay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Özalp Cansefa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute Kemalettin Üner suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Caner Özbala fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cubuk SK's protests and gave Caner Özbala a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th match minute, Cubuk SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caner Özbala to maneuver through the defense. If Aybar Onursoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dündar Umay made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Emre Tanbek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind GENC KARTAL's goalkeeper Özalp Cansefa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Kubilay Usman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mürsel Egeli hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Özalp Cansefa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yücel Hisarcık in the 62nd minute of play. Yücel Hisarcık struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Özalp Cansefa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cubuk SK. The supporters of GENC KARTAL booed when Cubuk SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yücel Hisarcık didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özalp Cansefa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dündar Umay went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Cubuk SK's Hüsamettin Demirbaş got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 76th minute, Yücel Hisarcık hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yücel Hisarcık recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aybar Onursoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çetin Kutluay having to interfere. Çetin Kutluay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cevahir Devlet, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cubuk SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while GENC KARTAL had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
