Korcan Özgener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 minutes of play, Sivasspor JK's Ziya Beşer made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kunter Sehim was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute, Beşir Akdoruk made a precise shot to the right of Kunter Sehim. ISPARTA FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Talip Recai charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Talip Recai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ISPARTA FK getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Talip Recai hit a great ball. Kunter Sehim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 38 minutes into the match, ISPARTA FK's goal looked a bit too open when Okan Nursal came free, but Kunter Sehim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kunter Sehim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Musa Eroğul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Okan Nursal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kunter Sehim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rdth minute of the game Okan Nursal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ISPARTA FK's Kunter Sehim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sivasspor JK's Gökhan Şahruh got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Okan Nursal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sivasspor JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Okan Nursal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kunter Sehim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ISPARTA FK! After the first half Sivasspor JK were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ziya Beşer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes ISPARTA FK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Ekrem Akbulut. ISPARTA FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gökhan Şahruh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ziya Beşer got free with Kunter Sehim in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sivasspor JK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
