Celal Karacabey was a little too slow when Mickael Van De Gehuchte got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as TRABZONSPOR's Şevket Tanırer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celal Karacabey. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. TRABZONSPOR's Marcin Waldoch was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Marcin Waldoch sped through Gelibolu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celal Karacabey. Celal Karacabey made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Şevket Tanırer sent off a good shot on target. 29 minutes into the match, Şevket Tanırer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celal Karacabey, 5-0. After 34 minutes of play, TRABZONSPOR's Marcin Waldoch made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celal Karacabey was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 43rd play minutes Marcin Waldoch shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Celal Karacabey and just under the crossbar into goal. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gelibolu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mickael Van De Gehuchte was slow to take the kick. During this time TRABZONSPOR's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Atakan Tunçbilek managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcin Waldoch was the one to do the kick off. Şevket Tanırer scored 10-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celal Karacabey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute Marcin Waldoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celal Karacabey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şevket Tanırer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celal Karacabey having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Gelibolu's Birant Bilgin threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Enis Behiç Akın, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to TRABZONSPOR getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Mickael Van De Gehuchte hit a great ball. Marcin Waldoch took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celal Karacabey. Celal Karacabey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Celal Karacabey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şevket Tanırer went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to TRABZONSPOR getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Mickael Van De Gehuchte hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Şevket Tanırer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TRABZONSPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. Ahmet Arif Tümer hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Marcin Waldoch took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celal Karacabey. Celal Karacabey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-0. In the 80th minute, Marcin Waldoch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celal Karacabey was frozen by the shot and now it was 15-0. Birant Bilgin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enis Behiç Akın in the 88th minute of the match. After 90th play minutes Şevket Tanırer shot 17-0, a short shot which went by Celal Karacabey and just under the crossbar into goal. Celal Karacabey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcin Waldoch's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Ersan Özguven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TRABZONSPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ersan Özguven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
