The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zincirlikuyu SK's Tarık Aköz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Zincirlikuyu SK from getting a goal against them. Abdulkerim Çırağ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Tarık Aköz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Zincirlikuyu SK defense, Abdulkerim Çırağ kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tarık Aköz. The Zincirlikuyu SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tarık Aköz should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Zincirlikuyu SK booed when Altunhisar FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafettin Tan didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziya Mustafali in the 20th minute of play forced Altunhisar FK's goalkeeper İlmi Oğuzalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Abdulkerim Çırağ who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zincirlikuyu SK's Tarık Aköz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute Naci Kuray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarık Aköz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdulkerim Çırağ got free with Tarık Aköz in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tarık Aköz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdulkerim Çırağ, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Altunhisar FK's zone, Ziya Mustafali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İlmi Oğuzalp came out of the goal and Ziya Mustafali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Altunhisar FK's Tarık Aköz threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abdulkerim Çırağ, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Zincirlikuyu SK's zone, Abdulkerim Çırağ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tarık Aköz came out of the goal and Abdulkerim Çırağ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Tarık Aköz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batıkan Saruca in the 52nd minute of play. Suat Onursu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but İlmi Oğuzalp made a huge save. Tarık Aköz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulkerim Çırağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Abdulkerim Çırağ came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Altunhisar FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulkerim Çırağ couldn't finish the play. Tarık Aköz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulkerim Çırağ in the 60th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdulkerim Çırağ in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tarık Aköz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute of the match Altunhisar FK got a corner. Zincirlikuyu SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Taha Soyurgal ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Altunhisar FK's Michal Gaszynski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 78 minutes into the game, Abdulkerim Çırağ cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Tarık Aköz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tarık Aköz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Naci Kuray went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 84 minutes into the match, Zincirlikuyu SK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdulkerim Çırağ came free, but Tarık Aköz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdulkerim Çırağ scored 5-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tarık Aköz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 88 minutes, Abdulkerim Çırağ made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Zincirlikuyu SK's Tarık Aköz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tarık Aköz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulkerim Çırağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Altunhisar FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
