With a left leg Fabian Lehner saved Nallıhangücü JK from getting behind. In the 9th minute Mustafa Oncu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bora Han Apaydın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Artova SK's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Oncu came free, but Bora Han Apaydın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute of the game Behçet Demirağ made a throw-in which Özalp Hepyener played forward. When Özalp Hepyener came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Artova SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Özalp Hepyener couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Mustafa Oncu sped through Artova SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bora Han Apaydın. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustafa Oncu in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bora Han Apaydın prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artova SK's Bora Han Apaydın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Oncu in the 35th minute of play. Nallıhangücü JK's Fabian Lehner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Nallıhangücü JK from getting a goal against them. After 47 played minutes, Artova SK's Behçet Demirağ shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Lehner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Artova SK reached it. The Artova SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nallıhangücü JK were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Şakir Mümtaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Özalp Hepyener's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Lehner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. If Özalp Hepyener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Lehner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferhan Oğurata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mustafa Oncu might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bora Han Apaydın. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Oncu ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şakir Mümtaz in the 66th minute of play forced Nallıhangücü JK's goalkeeper Fabian Lehner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Artova SK's Şakir Mümtaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
