The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Taner Taştan took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mikail Tunçkol. Mikail Tunçkol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 9th minute, Hasan Hüseyin Seri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Tayyip Bozdağ left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ŞİMAL YILDIZI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 20 minutes into the match, Tayyip Bozdağ notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Antakya FK's Mikail Tunçkol. Mikail Tunçkol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fernando Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adnan Yayalp in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Utku Ökmener left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ŞİMAL YILDIZI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. After a rather tough play, Antakya FK's Celal Engiay got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Ahmet Haşim Coşkunsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikail Tunçkol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikail Tunçkol came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by ŞİMAL YILDIZI's Utku Ökmener. But to his dismay, Utku Ökmener quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After a rather tough play, Antakya FK's Samir Durkaya got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Saturnin in the 43rd minute of play forced Antakya FK's goalkeeper Mikail Tunçkol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, ŞİMAL YILDIZI's Halit Ziya Murat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mikail Tunçkol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adnan Yayalp was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Antakya FK defense, Halit Ziya Murat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mikail Tunçkol. The Antakya FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mikail Tunçkol should have stopped the shot. When ŞİMAL YILDIZI's Tayyip Bozdağ in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tayyip Bozdağ got free with Mikail Tunçkol in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th match minute, Antakya FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feyyaz Kartekin to maneuver through the defense. Antakya FK were furious when Samir Durkaya was red carded, 70 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 76th match minute, Antakya FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celal Engiay to maneuver through the defense. Tayyip Bozdağ did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-13 to the left of a surprised Mikail Tunçkol 78 minutes into the match. Utku Ökmener could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Mikail Tunçkol made a huge save. Mikail Tunçkol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tayyip Bozdağ went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-14 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Mikail Tunçkol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A hard shot 96 in the game by Tayyip Bozdağ from a close distance when the talented Mikail Tunçkol managed to make a qualified save. Antakya FK's players were relieved. When the final whistle sounded ŞİMAL YILDIZI left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Antakya FK.
