In the 87th minute, Refik Halit Sanak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Placido Geofredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With a little luck, The Damned United's Süruri Demiray got control of the ball when Shi Ang Xi tried to sneak it across the goal line.
