Spectators: 7698 (Terracing: 5777, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fatih-Sultan Mehmet got the match started through his kick off. Şanver Nejat came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by KARADENİZGÜCÜ's Fatih-Sultan Mehmet. Dibagh Fitriansyah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göktürk Gemici, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Fatih-Sultan Mehmet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şanver Nejat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KARADENİZGÜCÜ's Dibagh Fitriansyah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save KARADENİZGÜCÜ from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Akcakent's goalkeeper Şanver Nejat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Baha Oykan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Fatih-Sultan Mehmet sped through Akcakent's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Şanver Nejat.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Göktürk Gemici was the one to do the kick off. Akcakent's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdulaziz Okanalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After 70 played minutes KARADENİZGÜCÜ got a freekick which was hit by Abdulaziz Okanalp. Tanju Derelioğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Zebastian Stenström in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Akcakent's Tansel Dicle.
