After taking down the ball on Hatem SK's corner Ahmet Oğuz Saadettin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Radoslaw Kuszczak quite easily take care of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Hatem SK's goal looked a bit too open when Kadri Başoğlu came free, but Faik Kutam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Kadri Başoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Faik Kutam was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kubat Tanyeri was the one to do the kick off. Hatem SK's Faik Kutam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Hatem SK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of SOSGERT SPOR booed when Hatem SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birkan Kerem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kadri Başoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Faik Kutam having to make a save. Kubat Tanyeri took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Radoslaw Kuszczak. Radoslaw Kuszczak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Faik Kutam made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Orbay Kartal sent off a good shot on target. After 79 played minutes Hatem SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Oğuz Saadettin. Faik Kutam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kadri Başoğlu in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hatem SK's Dursun Türkeş got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 89th minute, Orbay Kartal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SOSGERT SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Orbay Kartal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Faik Kutam made a huge save.
