But to his dismay, Şentürk Ulumeriç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Faik Öğüç hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Ziyapaşa SK's Doğaner Taymaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 魏广泉 in the 17th minute of play. After 21 played minutes, SaldaKaplanSK's Işık Kirmanşah shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Doğaner Taymaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SaldaKaplanSK reached it. The supporters of Ziyapaşa SK booed when SaldaKaplanSK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kleanthis Eleftherou didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Per Andberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kadir Akpolat skillfully saved the ball. Doğaner Taymaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 魏广泉, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Ziyapaşa SK's 陶烽辰 got a free kick in the 27th minute. When SaldaKaplanSK's Fazıl Bozoğluer in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ziyapaşa SK's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Şentürk Ulumeriç during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Şentürk Ulumeriç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ziyapaşa SK's Abdurrezzak Cangur managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kleanthis Eleftherou in the 32 minute of the game. Doğaner Taymaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Bozoğluer in the 34th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, SaldaKaplanSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuzalp Gök to maneuver through the defense. After 40 played minutes, Ziyapaşa SK's Per Andberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kadir Akpolat came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Kadir Akpolat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After the first half Ziyapaşa SK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Şentürk Ulumeriç might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kadir Akpolat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şentürk Ulumeriç ran back to his position shaking his head. SaldaKaplanSK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Jedrzej Czciborek scored to the left of an out of position Kadir Akpolat, making the score, 0-3. Şentürk Ulumeriç received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kadir Akpolat came out and tried to block the shot, but Şentürk Ulumeriç slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 68th minute. Faik Öğüç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute Faik Öğüç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğaner Taymaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şentürk Ulumeriç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kadir Akpolat having to interfere. A collision led to Ziyapaşa SK getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bernardino Bide hit a great ball. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ziyapaşa SK's goalkeeper Doğaner Taymaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 魏广泉 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Doğaner Taymaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Şentürk Ulumeriç came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Ziyapaşa SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şentürk Ulumeriç couldn't finish the play.
