Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tacettin İplikçi kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Tacettin İplikçi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENERBAHÇE's supporters rose to their feet, but Tacettin İplikçi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Galip Başkara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ertunç İren hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Uluç Tolunbay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ali Galip Başkara having to make a save. After a rather tough play, GARİBAN SK's İlyas Yolaç got a free kick in the 6th minute. Suat Egesel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramazan Enfa in the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Tacettin İplikçi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Galip Başkara. GARİBAN SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tacettin İplikçi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Uluç Tolunbay managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENERBAHÇE's supporters rose to their feet, but Uluç Tolunbay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Galip Başkara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute Beşir Suerkan suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Gencay Oskan hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Ramazan Enfa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suat Egesel having to interfere. Gencay Oskan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Suat Egesel having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uluç Tolunbay got free with Ali Galip Başkara in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the game, GARİBAN SK's Ramazan Enfa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Suat Egesel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Behiç Tuyuğ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramazan Enfa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suat Egesel having to interfere. Behiç Tuyuğ's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Suat Egesel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. If Uluç Tolunbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Behiç Tuyuğ made a kick off. Suat Egesel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramazan Enfa in the 55th minute. Ramazan Enfa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Suat Egesel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramazan Enfa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suat Egesel having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Tacettin İplikçi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, FENERBAHÇE's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Behiç Tuyuğ fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Uluç Tolunbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tacettin İplikçi struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Ali Galip Başkara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENERBAHÇE. Necaettin Dikmen hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Ramazan Enfas short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Suat Egesel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tacettin İplikçi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. FENERBAHÇE's Atak Öğüç got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to FENERBAHÇE getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Atak Öğüç hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, one of FENERBAHÇE:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FENERBAHÇE. The referee gave GARİBAN SK a penalty, 89 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ahmet Baki İrem, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FENERBAHÇE's Suat Egesel. 1-3. Suat Egesel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramazan Enfa in the 95th minute. Ertunç İren kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. In the 99th minute Gencay Oskan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suat Egesel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. GARİBAN SK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
