Hulusi Yarlık took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tansu Saip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hulusi Yarlık made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emrullah Tuygun in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Panguision in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Txeru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Steadly's goalkeeper Rosendo Txeru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Akay Çakır hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Tansu Saip's late challenge caught a Antakya FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tansu Saip helped the player get up and apologised. Tansu Saip kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emrullah Tuygun in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hulusi Yarlık saved Antakya FC from getting behind. Şenol Tekinsoy charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şenol Tekinsoy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Steadly getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Şenol Tekinsoy hit a great ball. Emrullah Tuygun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Hulusi Yarlık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, FC Steadly's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Burak Suheyl came free, but Rosendo Txeru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Orhan Lütfi fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Steadly's protests and gave Orhan Lütfi a yellow card for diving instead. After 48 played minutes FC Steadly got a freekick which was hit by Orhan Lütfi. The FC Steadly players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Antakya FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arif Burak Suheyl was the one to do the kick off.
