Comunardo Ferraris made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Bahadırhan Totuk sent off a good shot on target. Mehmet Bilge Hicabi made a great header on Bandırma Heat's corner, it was just that Buca İdman Yurdu's Özal Pakel managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 11th match minute, Bandırma Heat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timur Ünverdi to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bahadırhan Totuk got free with Comunardo Ferraris in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Tanju Aytolun came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Buca İdman Yurdu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanju Aytolun couldn't finish the play. Sait Tümen scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Özal Pakel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Buca İdman Yurdu's Bahadırhan Totuk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After having played for 21 minutes, Sait Tümen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandırma Heat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sait Tümen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Tanju Aytolun notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Bandırma Heat's Comunardo Ferraris. Comunardo Ferraris was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Buca İdman Yurdu's Bahadırhan Totuk quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Timur Ünverdi, made in the 29th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute Çelebi Işınay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özal Pakel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tanju Aytolun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Comunardo Ferraris made a huge save. Comunardo Ferraris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanju Aytolun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Özal Pakel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çelebi Işınay, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. A collision led to Bandırma Heat getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ahmet Nasir Derviş hit a great ball. Özal Pakel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelebi Işınay in the 45th minute of play. With a little luck, Bandırma Heat's Comunardo Ferraris got control of the ball when Bahadırhan Totuk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bahadırhan Totuk made a kick off. Özal Pakel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelebi Işınay in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Cavit Torgay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahadırhan Totuk in the 59th minute of play forced Bandırma Heat's goalkeeper Comunardo Ferraris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Bandırma Heat's Çelebi Işınay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Özal Pakel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Comunardo Ferraris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emre Orgen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64thth minute of the game Emre Orgen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bandırma Heat's Comunardo Ferraris was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bandırma Heat's Comunardo Ferraris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahadırhan Totuk in the 67th minute of play. Comunardo Ferraris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bahadırhan Totuk in the 69th minute of the match. Comunardo Ferraris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bahadırhan Totuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Comunardo Ferraris came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Buca İdman Yurdu's Bahadırhan Totuk. But to his dismay, Bahadırhan Totuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Comunardo Ferraris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanju Aytolun in the 75th minute of the match. Alkın İshak kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Bahadırhan Totuk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Comunardo Ferraris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bandırma Heat's Comunardo Ferraris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahadırhan Totuk in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Buca İdman Yurdu's goalkeeper Özal Pakel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Çelebi Işınay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tanju Aytolun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Ferraris having to interfere. Buca İdman Yurdu's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
