The crowd rose to their feet as Alpay Hiçsönmez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Piet Bernstorn. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Piet Bernstorn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Szőcs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zülfikar Babaoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yozgat SK's Piet Bernstorn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Yozgat SK from getting a goal against them. Altan Turgay might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Piet Bernstorn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Altan Turgay ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to All-Star getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bayındır Tüney in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alparslan Oksay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute, All-Star's Alexander Massimi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Piet Bernstorn. Piet Bernstorn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 46th match minute, All-Star was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Walton to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, All-Star's goal looked a bit too open when 马峰挺 came free, but Alparslan Oksay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute, All-Star's Alpay Hiçsönmez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bayındır Tüney was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of All-Star booed when Yozgat SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cemalettin Ongay didn't get a good kick on the ball. All-Star's Altan Turgay managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by İrfan Alkım in the 92 minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Özgün Haliloğlu during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. All-Star's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
