Spectators: 8040 (Terracing: 6031, Seating: 1849, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. But to his dismay, Richard Luckham quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Cide Spor's goalkeeper Federico Fagondo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celil Yanal. In the 10th minute Fahri Nuralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fagondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duman Aksoy kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Federico Fagondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Andreasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Richard Luckham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cide Spor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Okaner Candar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bahadırhan Mertol in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahadırhan Mertol in the 20th minute of play forced EKMEK SPOR's goalkeeper Okaner Candar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The EKMEK SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birsel Keskinel in the 41st minute of play forced EKMEK SPOR's goalkeeper Okaner Candar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muhsin Sinan got a throw-in 43 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bahadırhan Mertol. In the 46th minute, EKMEK SPOR's Davut İskenderoğlu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Davut İskenderoğlu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of EKMEK SPOR protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Davut İskenderoğlu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in EKMEK SPOR fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Birsel Keskinel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, EKMEK SPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celil Yanal to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute Bahadırhan Mertol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okaner Candar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cide Spor's Federico Fagondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fahri Nuralp in the 55th minute of play. Okaner Candar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Birsel Keskinel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anıl Baran Yersel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Okaner Candar having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Cide Spor's Okaner Candar threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Richard Luckham, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 66 minutes into the match, Cide Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Fahri Nuralp came free, but Federico Fagondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Richard Luckham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 72 minutes into the match, EKMEK SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Birsel Keskinel came free, but Okaner Candar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cide Spor made a substitution. Ragıp İkinci replaced Muhsin Sinan. If Fahri Nuralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Okaner Candar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birsel Keskinel in the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, EKMEK SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Luckham came free, but Okaner Candar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. EKMEK SPOR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Richard Luckham scored to the left of an out of position Okaner Candar, making the score, 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in EKMEK SPOR's zone, Ragıp İkinci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Okaner Candar came out of the goal and Ragıp İkinci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes in the game, Harun Gökyüzü fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Okaner Candar having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cide Spor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
