Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Songurbey Tuncal in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Songurbey Tuncal in the 13th minute of play forced AC Eskisehir's goalkeeper Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th match minute, AC Eskisehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Michael Kristiansson to maneuver through the defense. The referee showed Karl-Michael Kristiansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Songurbey Tuncal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Oliver Hoddevik hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of JiOmaro booed when AC Eskisehir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berat Tecer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th match minute, AC Eskisehir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamdi Kelami to maneuver through the defense. If Çelebi Sarpkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. JiOmaro made a substitution. Levent Kandemir replaced Egemen Özpulat. JiOmaro's Mourits Nelander was substituted for Songurbey Tuncal. JiOmaro's Songurbey Hünerli managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Karl-Michael Kristiansson in the 71 minute of the game. Isadoro Perdomo got a throw-in 74 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Levent Kandemir. In the 75th minute Mourits Nelander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, JiOmaro's Mourits Nelander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. A sloppy throw-in by Karl-Michael Kristiansson in the 79th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by JiOmaro's Songurbey Hünerli. 81 minutes into the match, JiOmaro's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Hoddevik came free, but Mirkelam Özdoğru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Mourits Nelander dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu, 0-5. Mourits Nelander scored 0-6 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mourits Nelander in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mourits Nelanders short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Yağızalp Aktaşoğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The JiOmaro supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing JiOmaro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
