An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Louis in the 4th minute of play forced Alka FC's goalkeeper Alican Kızıl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute Modesto Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alican Kızıl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 6 in the game by Desiderio Maidana from a close distance when the talented Tymoteusz Setara managed to make a qualified save. İZMİR S.K.'s players were relieved. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, İZMİR S.K.'s goalkeeper Tymoteusz Setara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Maidana. Desiderio Maidana came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tymoteusz Setara could save by the left post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Selahaddin Saruhan put in a rough tackle. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alka FC! Alka FC:s Alican Kızıl showed great skill when he stopped Alif Malaiholo:s penalty. In the 34th match minute, İZMİR S.K. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karadeniz Haktanır to maneuver through the defense. Alican Kızıl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asrın İsmet in the 39th minute of play. After 40 minutes Alka FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karadeniz Haktanır who took care of the corner kick. Serkan Gencer made in the 45th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cüneyt Çetinay however managed to control. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joakim Ekerot to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Joakim Ekerot notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of İZMİR S.K.'s Tymoteusz Setara. Tymoteusz Setara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alican Kızıl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Louis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alican Kızıl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asrın İsmet in the 76th minute of play. Tymoteusz Setara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joakim Ekerot in the 85th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Per Dalman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tymoteusz Setara quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When İZMİR S.K.'s Modesto Louis in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alka FC's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Alka FC had played much better football throughout.
