The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roberto Dinamite in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Salcedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arne Schulzte hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Dênis Sabóia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Dias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Çelik Cemre's late challenge caught a Yelken Spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Çelik Cemre helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, WİLDHUNTER FC's Çelik Cemre got a free kick in the 10th minute. Roberto Dinamite struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Tommy Salcedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yelken Spor. Tommy Salcedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Serna in the 17th minute. Roberto Dinamite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tommy Salcedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 minutes, Richard do Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the WİLDHUNTER FC and the Yelken Spor players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Richard do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Salcedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Serna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. WİLDHUNTER FC were furious when Behzat Che was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of WİLDHUNTER FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yelken Spor:s goal. When the match had been going on for 48 minutes, Yelken Spor's İbrahim Efe Kayhan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tommy Salcedo. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the game, Hervé Gohier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yelken Spor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave WİLDHUNTER FC the free kick. After 52 played minutes Yelken Spor got a freekick which was hit by Hervé Gohier. Eriberto Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dênis Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. If Richard do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İbrahim Efe Kayhan took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Salcedo. Tommy Salcedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 62nd minute İbrahim Efe Kayhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Salcedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dênis Sabóia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Salcedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilmi Tuğalp went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Yelken Spor's Eriberto Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Sabóia in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Yelken Spor booed when WİLDHUNTER FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halis Çokay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, İbrahim Efe Kayhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yelken Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but İbrahim Efe Kayhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. WİLDHUNTER FC's Enis Tuğkan was substituted for Faruk Nafiz Zirve. Tommy Salcedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilmi Tuğalp in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Santiago Serna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Salcedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 84th minute, Richard do Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 87 in the game by Richard do Valle from a close distance when the talented Eriberto Dias managed to make a qualified save. Yelken Spor's players were relieved. In the 94th minute İbrahim Efe Kayhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Salcedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yelken Spor's Eriberto Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard do Valle in the 96th minute of play. Eriberto Dias was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Halis Çokay. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Yelken Spor fully deserved thier win.
