After a rather tough play, EKSPER JK's Zeng Yi Hong got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Hakkı Kenan Erbay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lv Wei Guang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Kdz.Ereğli SPOR's Batu Cem Ateş got a free kick in the 46th minute. Demetrio Magliocco made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Ahmet Hasan Şinas sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Ahmet Hasan Şinas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 68th minute Ahmet Hasan Şinas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrio Magliocco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Ahmet Hasan Şinas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EKSPER JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Hasan Şinas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, EKSPER JK's Ahmet Hasan Şinas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Demetrio Magliocco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hakkı Kenan Erbay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lv Wei Guang in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kdz.Ereğli SPOR had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
