İlkan Osmanoğulları received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Zbyszko Okraszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbyszko Okraszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlkan Osmanoğulları in the 32nd minute of the match. Zbyszko Okraszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Stålman in the 36th minute of play. Maximilian Stålman hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Kuzeytepe Spor Kulübü's Mustafa Hakan Hüryaşar got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute of the match Ahmet Vefik Pınarbaşı sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mustafa Anıl Kutlutekin skillfully saved the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximilian Stålman was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Zbyszko Okraszewski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kuzeytepe Spor Kulübü's Mustafa Anıl Kutlutekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Elivareo in the 58th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Teo Elivareo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Elivareo in the 70th minute of play forced Kuzeytepe Spor Kulübü's goalkeeper Mustafa Anıl Kutlutekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafa Anıl Kutlutekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özal Tekgül, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, David Beckham quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Zbyszko Okraszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Beckham in the 86th minute of play. Kuzeytepe Spor Kulübü's Mustafa Anıl Kutlutekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Högberg in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Teo Elivareo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Elivareo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zbyszko Okraszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Beckham in the 92nd minute of the match. The Kuzeytepe Spor Kulübü supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kuzeytepe Spor Kulübü would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
