Ersen Cakir kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Sacit Budak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Žydrūnas Pauža in the 4th minute of play. When 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Wout Weghorst in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Wout Weghorst took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tayfun Tanfer to make any attempt to save it. Sacit Budak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Emrah Dolunay in the 19th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Mecnun Seha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sacit Budak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Lucas Wensing recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tayfun Tanfer. Lucas Wensing showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Ilias Tsembelis hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The supporters of 1903 Barranspor ☪ booed when MarineerS FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilias Tsembelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wout Weghorst could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Tayfun Tanfer made a huge save. Sacit Budak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mecnun Seha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Wout Weghorst made the kick off in the second half. Wout Weghorst struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Tayfun Tanfer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1903 Barranspor ☪. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Sacit Budak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save 1903 Barranspor ☪ from getting a goal against them. The supporters of MarineerS FK booed when 1903 Barranspor ☪ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svein Steffensen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Ertuğrul Gazi was substituted for Wout Weghorst. In the 72nd minute, Svein Steffensen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ertuğrul Gazi in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tayfun Tanfer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korcan Geçer in the 79th minute of play forced MarineerS FK's goalkeeper Tayfun Tanfer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ertuğrul Gazi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tayfun Tanfer having to make a save. In the 85th minute, Mehmet Emrah Dolunay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ertuğrul Gazi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind MarineerS FK's goalkeeper Tayfun Tanfer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 1903 Barranspor ☪ fans cheered their team off the field, for while MarineerS FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
