Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Falah Al Hajraf started the match with the kick off. Yaqoot Al Attar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eyad Shams having to interfere. When Falah Al Hajraf came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Riyadh United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Falah Al Hajraf couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, NABIL FC's Mnawer Taiban got a free kick in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, NABIL FC's goal looked a bit too open when Falah Al Hajraf came free, but Abbas Al Azmi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falah Al Hajraf succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Yaqoot Al Attar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Riyadh United getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Masuod Al Hashash hit a great ball. Falah Al Hajraf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Esam Bahroh managed to get in a good position for a shot. NABIL FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Esam Bahroh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eyad Shams breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abbas Al Azmi made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Majed Al Jalahma sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Majed Al Jalahma fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Abbas Al Azmi, passed just outside the right post. In the 37th minute Falah Al Hajraf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abbas Al Azmi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Falah Al Hajraf recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abbas Al Azmi. Falah Al Hajraf showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Esam Bahroh struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Eyad Shams didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NABIL FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yaqoot Al Attar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Riyadh United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Yaqoot Al Attar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 54th minute, Motlaq Al Holey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abbas Al Azmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Majed Al Jalahma in the 57th minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Falah Al Hajraf cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Abbas Al Azmi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Majed Al Jalahma in the 73rd minute of play forced NABIL FC's goalkeeper Abbas Al Azmi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Esam Al Jarah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Riyadh United's Falah Al Hajraf in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NABIL FC's goalie prevented a goal. Esam Bahroh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Majed Al Jalahma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Abbas Al Azmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 85 played minutes NABIL FC got a freekick which was hit by Hamzah Jiragh. If Falah Al Hajraf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Riyadh United booed when NABIL FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aamir Al Gareb didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abbas Al Azmi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Majed Al Jalahma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esam Bahroh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Eyad Shams made a huge save. Eyad Shams was a little too slow when Yaqoot Al Attar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 3-1. The Riyadh United players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
