Jamal Abo Al Hasan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luai Al Motaire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jamal Abo Al Hasan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yaseen Al Ateqi went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute Yaseen Al Ateqi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jamal Abo Al Hasan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luai Al Motaire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jamal Abo Al Hasan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Westhoughton City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Al Hilal Saudi were winning 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sadeq Al Mansor was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Eesa Al Dekhel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jamal Abo Al Hasan. That made the score 0-12 in the 90 minute of play. Al Hilal Saudi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
