The supporters of SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³ booed when Horbury ACS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sadeq Al Azmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Horbury ACS's Masuod Al Fadhalah got control of the ball when Erik Linqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Masuod Al Fadhalah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adem Al Mahmed in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fahad Al Hammady in the 26th minute of play forced SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³'s goalkeeper Cihan Birsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Horbury ACS's Monther Al Mehana got a free kick in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Horbury ACS's goalkeeper Masuod Al Fadhalah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adem Al Mahmed. A collision led to Horbury ACS getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Monther Al Mehana hit a great ball. Masuod Al Fadhalah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Merișor in the 34th minute of play. Raed Al Holey was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 41 minutes in the game, Olimpiu Merișor dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 44th minute Raed Al Holey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Masuod Al Fadhalah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Olimpiu Merișor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 67th minute Hassan Al Homaithe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cihan Birsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Horbury ACS's goal looked a bit too open when Raed Al Holey came free, but Masuod Al Fadhalah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³ had played much better football throughout.
