Spectators: 7600 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Olimpiu Merișor got the match started through his kick off. Abdul Mohsen Al Ajmi hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, DES HUN FC's Saif Al Sohali got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sultan Boften in the 4th minute of play forced DES HUN FC's goalkeeper Khalefa Al Rifaee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khalefa Al Rifaee came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³'s Olimpiu Merișor. But to his dismay, Olimpiu Merișor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the DES HUN FC defense, Olimpiu Merișor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khalefa Al Rifaee. The DES HUN FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khalefa Al Rifaee should have stopped the shot. 12 minutes into the match, DES HUN FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Linqvist came free, but Khalefa Al Rifaee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalefa Al Rifaee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olimpiu Merișor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adem Al Mahmed kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Khalefa Al Rifaee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adem Al Mahmed in the 19th minute of play. Khalefa Al Rifaee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adem Al Mahmed, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Khalefa Al Rifaee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olimpiu Merișor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Erik Linqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khalefa Al Rifaee was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rashed Al Sarraf got free with Cihan Birsen in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cihan Birsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rashed Al Sarraf in the 33rd minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Rashed Al Sarraf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³'s Cihan Birsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saif Al Sohali kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Khalefa Al Rifaee didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olimpiu Merișor went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Khalefa Al Rifaee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raed Al Holey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rashed Al Sarraf to strike the kick off in the second half. Rashed Al Sarraf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Cihan Birsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 53 played minutes SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³ got a freekick which was hit by Olimpiu Merișor. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tamem Shams during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to DES HUN FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Tamem Shams hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Sultan Boften sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Khalefa Al Rifaee skillfully saved the ball. 59 minutes into the match, SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³'s goal looked a bit too open when Doaej Al Gareb came free, but Cihan Birsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Olimpiu Merișor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalefa Al Rifaee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of DES HUN FC booed when SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Micah Levy didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Linqvist got free with Khalefa Al Rifaee in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abdulatif Al Dekhel kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes Olimpiu Merișor rounded DES HUN FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Abdul Mohsen Al Ajmi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Olimpiu Merișor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalefa Al Rifaee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes DES HUN FC got a freekick which was hit by Abdul Mohsen Al Ajmi. When Sultan Boften came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sultan Boften couldn't finish the play. Adem Al Mahmed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, SAYA ᶠᵘᶜ ⁸³'s Olimpiu Merișor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-8. With a little luck, DES HUN FC's Khalefa Al Rifaee got control of the ball when Adem Al Mahmed tried to sneak it across the goal line.
