After some careless play in the Blagoveshchensk defense, Timur Puginskiy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vitaliy Gorbatkov. The Blagoveshchensk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vitaliy Gorbatkov should have stopped the shot. Timur Puginskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitaliy Gorbatkov having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Blagoveshchensk got a freekick which was hit by Grigoriy Krasnozhen. Timur Puginskiy scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitaliy Gorbatkov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 minutes, Rudolf Saenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blagoveshchensk and the FC TORNADO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aleksey Lobanov hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Timur Puginskiy hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. If Etxatxu Llamas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute of the match Rudolf Saenko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anatoliy Denisov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Timur Puginskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitaliy Gorbatkov having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Timur Puginskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitaliy Gorbatkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timur Puginskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Vitaliy Gorbatkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mikhail Noskov to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Timur Puginskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timur Puginskiy got free with Vitaliy Gorbatkov in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timur Puginskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Vitaliy Gorbatkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Timur Puginskiy took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Vitaliy Gorbatkov to make any attempt to save it. In the 72nd match minute, Blagoveshchensk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergey Blokhin to maneuver through the defense. After 78 played minutes FC TORNADO got a freekick which was hit by Vsevolod Sklyarov. The supporters of FC TORNADO booed when Blagoveshchensk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergey Blokhin didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC TORNADO's Timur Puginskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aleksey Kulyasov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Vitaliy Gorbatkov made a huge save. Timur Puginskiy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The FC TORNADO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
