Nizhnevartovsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimir Kusaev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timofey Bogemskiy in the 63rd minute of play forced Chernomorets Novorossiysk's goalkeeper Rostislav Shelagin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
