An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatoliy Volosov in the 19th minute of play forced Zhukovsky FC's goalkeeper Nikolay Andropov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Zhukovsky FC fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Zhukovsky FC's Dmitriy Lebedev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The FC Uralasbest fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The FC Uralasbest players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zhukovsky FC were winning 2-3.

The wind increased when Anatoliy Volosov made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Anatoliy Volosov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nikolay Andropov. Zhukovsky FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anatoliy Volosov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Timur Osorgin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Valentin Borzenkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rostislav Suhanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute of the match Rostislav Suhanov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valeriy Kochalov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dmitriy Lebedev's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Valeriy Kochalov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 96 minutes into the match, FC Uralasbest's goal looked a bit too open when Dmitriy Lebedev came free, but Valeriy Kochalov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
