Valentin Yakovlev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. Sergey Bugaev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Vitaliy Pronichev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Afanasiy Perevozchikov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sklaverus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Young Kuban guys the free kick. Sklaverus's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Gennadiy Dresvyankin scored to the left of an out of position Valentin Yakovlev, making the score, 3-7. The Sklaverus supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Young Kuban guys's performance. The match ended with a win for Young Kuban guys.
