The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anton Rudnov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anton Rudnov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georgiy Hoetskiy in the 19th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Rudolf Panov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balashikha's supporters rose to their feet, but Rudolf Panov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Cheryshev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anton Rudnov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georgiy Hoetskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yuvenaliy Safin hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes, Tobolsk FC's Rudolf Durnikin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anton Rudnov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tobolsk FC reached it. In the 32nd minute Tobolsk FC were awarded a corner. Rudolf Durnikin went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 39 minutes, Rudolf Panov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balashikha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rudolf Panov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Leonid Kuchorov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Vsevolod Ershov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mark Cheryshev. Tobolsk FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vsevolod Ershov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denis Ananov during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Balashikha getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Denis Ananov hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rudolf Panov made a kick off. Anton Rudnov came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tobolsk FC's Georgiy Hoetskiy. But to his dismay, Georgiy Hoetskiy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Panov in the 58th minute of play forced Tobolsk FC's goalkeeper Mark Cheryshev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Rudolf Panov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Georgiy Hoetskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Tobolsk FC booed when Balashikha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Gaponov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Ananov hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, Tobolsk FC's Rudolf Durnikin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Georgiy Hoetskiy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anton Rudnov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Noskov, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Georgiy Hoetskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Tobolsk FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
