Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vladislav Sklyar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vladislav Sklyar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gleb Sytin fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yoshkar-Ola FC's protests and gave Gleb Sytin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Yoshkar-Ola FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Gleb Sytin hit a great ball. 14 minutes in the game, Zinoviy Guglya dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Sergey Lukin made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Maksim Maksimov sent off a good shot on target. Mikhail Tagirov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Mikhail Tagirov made a precise shot to the right of Nikolay Dedevich. Ekaterinburg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Aleksey Esterkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolay Dedevich having to interfere. Nikolay Dedevich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksey Esterkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The wind increased when Aleksey Esterkin made the kick off in the second half. Vladislav Sklyar might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergey Lukin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vladislav Sklyar ran back to his position shaking his head. Mikhail Tagirov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nikolay Dedevich having to make a save. Aleksey Esterkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolay Dedevich having to interfere. Aleksey Esterkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nikolay Dedevich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Maksim Maksimov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ekaterinburg's supporters rose to their feet, but Maksim Maksimov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergey Lukin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sergey Lukin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vladislav Sklyar's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 72ndth minute of the game Maksim Maksimov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yoshkar-Ola FC's Sergey Lukin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Maksim Maksimov came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ekaterinburg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maksim Maksimov couldn't finish the play. Maksim Maksimov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergey Lukin having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Yoshkar-Ola FC's zone, Vladislav Sklyar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergey Lukin came out of the goal and Vladislav Sklyar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Vyacheslav Karyaka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yoshkar-Ola FC's Sergey Lukin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Mikhail Tagirov came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Yoshkar-Ola FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikhail Tagirov couldn't finish the play. The Ekaterinburg supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yoshkar-Ola FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Yoshkar-Ola FC.
