After having played for 4 minutes, Gennadiy Botsmanov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartak Shelkovo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gennadiy Botsmanov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denis Denisenko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gennadiy Botsmanov went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Taganrog FC's Denis Denisenko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gennadiy Botsmanov in the 9th minute of play. Denis Denisenko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Innokentiy Bobikov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spartak Shelkovo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Velimir Denisov 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Yakov Bolshakov came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Taganrog FC's Vladimir Babanskiy. But to his dismay, Vladimir Babanskiy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Vladimir Babanskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Spartak Shelkovo getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Innokentiy Bobikov hit a great ball. Taganrog FC's Denis Zherdev was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yakov Bolshakov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 37th minute, Velimir Denisov made a precise shot to the right of Yakov Bolshakov. Spartak Shelkovo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 46 minutes into the match, Spartak Shelkovo's goal looked a bit too open when Velimir Denisov came free, but Yakov Bolshakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Velimir Denisov made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Dmitriy Golomolzin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yakov Bolshakov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velimir Denisov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute Taganrog FC were awarded a corner. Anton Kotov went to the cornerflag to take it. Yakov Bolshakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimir Babanskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, Spartak Shelkovo's Konstantin Blinov got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Spartak Shelkovo's zone, Vladimir Babanskiy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yakov Bolshakov came out of the goal and Vladimir Babanskiy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Vladimir Babanskiy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taganrog FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 86 minutes into the match, Spartak Shelkovo's goal looked a bit too open when Velimir Denisov came free, but Yakov Bolshakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Velimir Denisov made a precise shot to the right of Yakov Bolshakov. Spartak Shelkovo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Spartak Shelkovo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Taganrog FC.
