After 32 played minutes Cherkessk got a freekick which was hit by Gennadiy Shamanov. 34 minutes into the match, FC Saturn Ramenskoe's goal looked a bit too open when Gennadiy Shamanov came free, but Vladimir Goryunkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gennadiy Shamanov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vladimir Goryunkov having to make a save. If Valeriy Mikhailov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fedor Kotyashkin kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Vladimir Goryunkov came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Cherkessk's Valeriy Mikhailov. But to his dismay, Valeriy Mikhailov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gennadiy Shamanov to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Danil Istlenev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Vladimir Goryunkov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Vladimir Lelchitskiy sped through Cherkessk's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lev Emelyanov. With a little luck, FC Saturn Ramenskoe's Vladimir Goryunkov got control of the ball when Valeriy Mikhailov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vladimir Goryunkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gennadiy Shamanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rdth minute of the game Vladimir Lelchitskiy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cherkessk's Lev Emelyanov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Vladimir Lelchitskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
