Denis Aksenov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stepan Haritonov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Novocheboksarsk FC's Denis Aksenov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stepan Haritonov in the 4th minute of play. Denis Bykov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zinoviy Drizulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Aksenov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrey Kozhanov in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the Novocheboksarsk FC defense, Roman Lopuhov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Aksenov. The Novocheboksarsk FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Aksenov should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute Petr Firov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Aksenov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Novocheboksarsk FC's Denis Aksenov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petr Firov in the 16th minute of play. Stepan Haritonov scored 0-3 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denis Aksenov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 minutes, Petr Firov made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Novocheboksarsk FC's Denis Aksenov tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Novocheboksarsk FC defense, Stepan Haritonov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Aksenov. The Novocheboksarsk FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Aksenov should have stopped the shot. After 42 played minutes Novocheboksarsk FC got a freekick which was hit by Miron Belyakov. Denis Aksenov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stepan Haritonov, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Stepan Haritonov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Aksenov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Noyabrsk's Petr Firov in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Novocheboksarsk FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aleksey Molchanov was the one to do the kick off. Denis Bykov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boris Gromov's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Boris Gromov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Bykov having to interfere. A collision led to Noyabrsk getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Roman Lopuhov hit a great ball. Stepan Haritonov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Novocheboksarsk FC's Denis Aksenov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Novocheboksarsk FC from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute, Novocheboksarsk FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Petr Firov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Denis Aksenov acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 69th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kirill Vasiliev. Stepan Haritonov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stepan Haritonov might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Denis Aksenov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stepan Haritonov ran back to his position shaking his head. Denis Aksenov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stepan Haritonov, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Noyabrsk's Petr Firov got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stepan Haritonov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Novocheboksarsk FC were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Noyabrsk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Georgiy Velezhev took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Georgiy Velezhev got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Denis Bykov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Denis Bykov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksey Molchanov in the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Noyabrsk left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Novocheboksarsk FC.
