In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind rsc apacha's goalkeeper Denis Erdneev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Ruslan Klestov fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored rsc apacha's protests and gave Ruslan Klestov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, rsc apacha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruslan Klestov to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to rsc apacha getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Vyacheslav Dementiev hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Gleb Inkizhinov fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Denis Erdneev, passed just outside the right post. 27 minutes into the game, Vladimir Levichev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. rsc apacha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balakovo FC the free kick. After 28 played minutes rsc apacha got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Levichev. After 32 played minutes Gleb Inkizhinov rounded rsc apacha's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 36th minute, Evlampiy Zvenigorodskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute Gleb Inkizhinov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Erdneev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Erdneev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evlampiy Zvenigorodskiy's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Balakovo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Oleg Kachinskiy in the 42nd minute. Rudolf Kulagin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Erdneev having to interfere. The supporters of Balakovo FC booed when rsc apacha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elisey Hanevskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Erdneev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gleb Inkizhinov in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gleb Inkizhinov made a kick off. Gleb Inkizhinov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Denis Erdneev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 54 played minutes rsc apacha got a freekick which was hit by Mikhail Bondarev. In the 55th minute, Anatoliy Golovnitskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Balakovo FC's Valeriy Dubenetskiy got control of the ball when Vyacheslav Dementiev tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gleb Inkizhinov struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Denis Erdneev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balakovo FC. If Vyacheslav Dementiev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Erdneev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf Kulagin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Erdneev didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Balakovo FC's Gleb Inkizhinov shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. When Konstantin Timofeev came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the rsc apacha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Konstantin Timofeev couldn't finish the play. Evlampiy Zvenigorodskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Denis Erdneev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anatoliy Golovnitskiy's late challenge caught a rsc apacha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anatoliy Golovnitskiy helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Balakovo FC's Anatoliy Golovnitskiy got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 92ndth minute of the game Gleb Inkizhinov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but rsc apacha's Denis Erdneev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Evlampiy Zvenigorodskiy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
