Gerasim Karakin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Daniele Ascenzi made a huge save. 17 minutes into the match, Alexandr Kutimskiy notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC SSAU 2007's Aleksey Semeiko. Aleksey Semeiko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 20 minutes, Irakliy Batischev managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gryzlo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Irakliy Batischev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Irakliy Batischev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Gryzlo FC booed when FC SSAU 2007 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gleb Shestakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Irakliy Batischev, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Dmitriy Doronin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC SSAU 2007's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gryzlo FC the free kick. Dmitriy Doronin hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Georgiy Shilov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniele Ascenzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gryzlo FC booed when FC SSAU 2007 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernest Cherchesov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zinoviy Erdenko to make the kick off. Daniele Ascenzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dmitriy Doronin in the 52nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zinoviy Erdenko got free with Aleksey Semeiko in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniele Ascenzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georgiy Shilov in the 58th minute of the match. Vladimir Kartashov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Daniele Ascenzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zinoviy Erdenko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aleksey Semeiko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Daniele Ascenzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerasim Karakin, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Dmitriy Doronin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Daniele Ascenzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute Georgiy Shilov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniele Ascenzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zinoviy Erdenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zinoviy Erdenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Aleksey Semeiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Zinoviy Erdenko sped through FC SSAU 2007's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aleksey Semeiko. After 89 minutes of play, FC SSAU 2007's Dmitriy Doronin made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniele Ascenzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, Gryzlo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerasim Karakin came free, but Daniele Ascenzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
