Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 4 minutes, Petr Panfilov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grozny FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petr Panfilov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evgeniy Prudnikov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 11 minutes into the match, Oktyabrsky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonid Anyukov came free, but Vyacheslav Rogovskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonid Anyukov in the 12th minute of play forced Oktyabrsky FC's goalkeeper Vyacheslav Rogovskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Ippolit Kudinov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladimir Kostin in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irakliy Fioletov saved Grozny FC from getting behind. Evgeniy Prudnikov might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Irakliy Fioletov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evgeniy Prudnikov ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute, Yaroslav Protasevich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Petr Panfilov fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grozny FC's protests and gave Petr Panfilov a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Grozny FC got a freekick which was hit by Petr Panfilov. After a rather tough play, Grozny FC's Yaroslav Protasevich got a free kick in the 25th minute. Irakliy Fioletov made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Oleg Kanivetskiy sent off a good shot on target. Artem Gostintsev kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Evgeniy Prudnikov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Irakliy Fioletov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Leonid Anyukov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Grozny FC! In the 46th minute, Oleg Kanivetskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ippolit Kudinov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Irakliy Fioletov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimir Kostin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Oktyabrsky FC's Oleg Kanivetskiy got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Evgeniy Prudnikov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Irakliy Fioletov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimir Kostin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Irakliy Fioletov came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Oktyabrsky FC's Oleg Kanivetskiy. But to his dismay, Oleg Kanivetskiy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Georgiy Rybakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Vyacheslav Rogovskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Georgiy Rybakov during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes Grozny FC got a freekick which was hit by Georgiy Rybakov. In the 84th minute, Evgeniy Prudnikov made a precise shot to the right of Irakliy Fioletov. Grozny FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 90th minute, Petr Panfilov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grozny FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 94 minutes into the match, Oktyabrsky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonid Anyukov came free, but Vyacheslav Rogovskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oktyabrsky FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
