Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arkadiy Brodskiy started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, ArmadA FC's Karp Odintsov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Irakliy Fioletov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Arkadiy Brodskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Karp Odintsov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Irakliy Fioletov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petr Panfilov in the 12th minute of play forced ArmadA FC's goalkeeper Konstantin Denisov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karp Odintsov got free with Irakliy Fioletov in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Grozny FC's Irakliy Fioletov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiy Brodskiy in the 23rd minute of play. Arkadiy Brodskiy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Irakliy Fioletov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. If Karp Odintsov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstantin Denisov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petr Panfilov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, Grozny FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksey Bolotin to maneuver through the defense. ArmadA FC's Arkadiy Brodskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arkadiy Brodskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonid Anyukov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Konstantin Denisov made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Petr Panfilov sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Grozny FC's Georgiy Rybakov got a free kick in the 61st minute. Andrey Plutalov, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petr Panfilov got free with Konstantin Denisov in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute Leonid Anyukov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantin Denisov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonid Anyukov did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Konstantin Denisov 71 minutes into the match. With a little luck, ArmadA FC's Konstantin Denisov got control of the ball when Petr Panfilov tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, ArmadA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonid Anyukov came free, but Konstantin Denisov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vyacheslav Getman's late challenge caught a Grozny FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vyacheslav Getman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Vyacheslav Getman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viktor Shemyakin during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, ArmadA FC's Viktor Shemyakin got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 85 played minutes ArmadA FC got a freekick which was hit by Konstantin Belyh. 87 minutes into the match, Leonid Anyukov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Konstantin Denisov, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
