FC 2 October's Rustam Blinov got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Veniamin Andreev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonid Pospelov in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Egor Urazov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Boris Chigirinskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantin Scherbatov having to interfere. Leonid Pospelov struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Egor Urazov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kostenki RU. After a rather tough play, Kostenki RU's Eduard Gromovich got a free kick in the 44th minute. The Kostenki RU players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC 2 October were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roman Uvarov to make the kick off. With a little luck, Kostenki RU's Konstantin Scherbatov got control of the ball when Boris Chigirinskiy tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonid Pospelov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 played minutes Boris Chigirinskiy rounded Kostenki RU's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-7. In the 85th minute, Stanislav Vilenskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the game, FC 2 October's Efim Soloviev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Konstantin Scherbatov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. The supporters of FC 2 October booed when Kostenki RU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonid Pospelov didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Roman Uvarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC 2 October's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
