Spectators: 7734 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1964, VIP seats: 170) ФК Рыбинск's Rudolf Yakunin managed to work through Astrakhan's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Rudolf Yakunin dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ivan Budach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dmitriy Abalakin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fedor Ageev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Nordström having to interfere. Filimon Trofimov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Filimon Trofimov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ФК Рыбинск fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Filimon Trofimov scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Budach, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oleg Semenov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Budach having to interfere. Filimon Trofimov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ivan Budach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Astrakhan's Ivan Budach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egor Nazarov in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, ФК Рыбинск's Egor Nazarov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Budach made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Oleg Semenov took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Budach. Ivan Budach dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. ФК Рыбинск's Rudolf Yakunin got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivan Budach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oleg Semenov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Filimon Trofimov made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of ФК Рыбинск booed when Astrakhan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugon Ciemiega didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oleg Semenov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Budach having to make a save. Filimon Trofimov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Oleg Semenov dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ivan Budach, 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Gaudencio Seguinus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astrakhan's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaudencio Seguinus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesper Nordström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 65 minutes, Filimon Trofimov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ФК Рыбинск's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filimon Trofimov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ФК Рыбинск's Vladimiro Hechter was substituted for Egor Nazarov. 67 minutes into the game, Oleg Semenov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ivan Budach. Oleg Semenov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. ФК Рыбинск's Filimon Trofimov got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Oleg Semenov managed to get in a good position for a shot. After a defensive mix-up in Astrakhan's zone, Filimon Trofimov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Budach came out of the goal and Filimon Trofimov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st match minute, ФК Рыбинск was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dmitriy Abalakin to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Astrakhan's zone, Filimon Trofimov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Budach came out of the goal and Filimon Trofimov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ФК Рыбинск's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
