In a very dangerous position, a player in Lesnoi gorodok fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 2nd minute. Penalty! In the 4th minute, Vadim Kotov made a precise shot to the right of Valentin Yakovlev. Lesnoi gorodok's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Arkadiy Kilchevskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Valentin Yakovlev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Yakovlev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eldar Favorskiy in the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Eldar Favorskiy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valentin Yakovlev. Lesnoi gorodok's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eldar Favorskiy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 18th minute, Stepan Sitnikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vadim Kotov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lesnoi gorodok's Valentin Yakovlev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eldar Favorskiy in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Lesnoi gorodok getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Vadim Shamshurin hit a great ball. Valentin Yakovlev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Belan in the 25th minute of the match. Yaroslav Antipin charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yaroslav Antipin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cheboksary getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Yaroslav Antipin hit a great ball. Ernest Levit kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. If Silvestr Lavrushenko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Semen Martynov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Yuriy Belozerov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute of the game Leonid Evtyh made a throw-in which Eldar Favorskiy played forward. The supporters of Lesnoi gorodok booed when Cheboksary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yaroslav Antipin didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eldar Favorskiy made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Leonid Evtyh in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lesnoi gorodok's Semen Martynov. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedor Lytkin in the 55th minute of play forced Cheboksary's goalkeeper Yuriy Belozerov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lesnoi gorodok's Ernest Levit got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Vadim Kotov hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. After 63 minutes of play, Cheboksary's Eldar Favorskiy made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valentin Yakovlev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valentin Yakovlev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Belan in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Eldar Favorskiy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valentin Yakovlev, 0-4. Lesnoi gorodok's Valentin Yakovlev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Lesnoi gorodok from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute, Arseniy Hotetovskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pavel Volohov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valentin Yakovlev came out and tried to block the shot, but Pavel Volohov slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 75th minute. Eldar Favorskiy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Valentin Yakovlev made a huge save. Arseniy Hotetovskiy hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 90th match minute, Lesnoi gorodok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestr Lavrushenko to maneuver through the defense. Felix Belan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valentin Yakovlev came out and tried to block the shot, but Felix Belan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 93rd minute.
