The referee ignored Cheboksary's protests and gave Vitaliy Ivanov a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cheboksary's Vitaliy Ivanov got a free kick in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Stepan Obryvkov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yuriy Belozerov. Cheboksary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stepan Obryvkov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Yuriy Belozerov made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Osvaldo Rico sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 13 minutes, Arkadiy Kilchevskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cheboksary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arkadiy Kilchevskiy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Innokentiy Savinskiy notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cheboksary's Yuriy Belozerov. Yuriy Belozerov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Cheboksary's Eldar Favorskiy in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Noginsk's goalie prevented a goal. Oleg Banketov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Belan in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Noginsk booed when Cheboksary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vadim Kotov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Cheboksary's goalkeeper Yuriy Belozerov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Innokentiy Savinskiy. 29 minutes into the match, Noginsk's goal looked a bit too open when Eldar Favorskiy came free, but Oleg Banketov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eldar Favorskiy in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oleg Banketov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Klim Nikeshin kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cheboksary's Vadim Kotov got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Innokentiy Savinskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yuriy Belozerov made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Osvaldo Rico sent off a good shot on target. Osvaldo Rico kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Noginsk's zone, Felix Belan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oleg Banketov came out of the goal and Felix Belan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldo Rico was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Noginsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Rico to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the match, Noginsk's goal looked a bit too open when Yaroslav Antipin came free, but Oleg Banketov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Noginsk's Innokentiy Savinskiy got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 56 played minutes Noginsk got a freekick which was hit by Innokentiy Savinskiy. Yuriy Belozerov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Innokentiy Savinskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Yuriy Belozerov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stepan Obryvkov in the 62nd minute of play. Innokentiy Savinskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Yuriy Belozerov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Noginsk's Klim Nikeshin got a free kick in the 71st minute. Oleg Banketov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vsevolod Buznikin in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute Osvaldo Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuriy Belozerov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Noginsk's zone, Vsevolod Buznikin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oleg Banketov came out of the goal and Vsevolod Buznikin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Varfolomey Panov in the 83rd minute of play forced Cheboksary's goalkeeper Yuriy Belozerov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Daniil Antonov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stepan Obryvkov took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yuriy Belozerov. Yuriy Belozerov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Stepan Obryvkov kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Cheboksary's goal looked a bit too open when Varfolomey Panov came free, but Yuriy Belozerov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cheboksary players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Noginsk.
